In it's natural state, it is composed of balsamic minerals such as silicon, oxygen, magnesium + iron, all essential minerals for soft + radiant skin.
Directions: Add a pinch to your favourite cleanser in the palm of your hand + mix with your finger to create your own exfoliation product.
Use only once a week to remove dead skin cells + skin health.
Over use can have an adverse effect (as do all exfoliants) as it can strip your skin of its natural oil balance. So any exfoliant should only be used once a week.
