Shipping policy

Shipping is a flat rate anywhere in NZ of $6.50 for orders under $80. FREE SHIPPING for orders $80 or over. 

If you make another order that same day, we will combine shipping at no extra cost (Select this option at checkout).

Shipping is not charged on gift cards as these are sent to you electronically, but is charged on products with a physical purchase value under $80

Once your order is place, we aim to dispatch your order within 1-2 working days. Therefore it may take 2-5 working days to reach you. Please note that in summer months we may delay shipping if heat temperatures are extreme. This is to protect your product. Your ordered product is made of natural and organic ingredients, formulated without chemical stabilisers. Heat may melt your product in these circumstances. It will not affect the quality of your product. Please place in the fridge for 30 minutes to reset if this happens. If there is a delay in shipping of more that 3 days after placing you placing your order you will be notified. From time to time we will offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount via a promotional code. We have the right to only offer free shipping or discount codes at our discretion and for set periods of time.
